The professionalism was outstanding—from the seamless setup to their attention to detail, everything exceeded our expectations. The area was fenced off, the setup was visible to the kids, safety mats were in place, and the inflatables were of an incredibly high standard. It’s clear that safety and quality are top priorities for Bouncy Giggles.

The kids had an absolute blast and loved every moment! We’ll definitely be booking with them again for Vacation Care and other events in the future.

I have dealt with a few castles places over the years and Bouncy Giggles was so good!!!
The customer service was amazing.
The staff would call and suggest other similar castles if one was unavailable.

Their communication was the best.
Updates on pick ups and drop offs.
The set up was super professional…extra matting and floor mats brought along which I had never had with other companies.
The blower was wayyyy quieter than other places which is awesome to not annoy Neighbour's. And didn’t over power with noise during the birthday party.
And the price was amazing!!!
And the amount of time we had the castle was the best.
110% using Bouncy Giggles again!

Our hire of the Ninja bouncy castle and slide from Jason n Josh brought laffs n fun to our neighbourhood all Easter weekend long.

When the restrictions did not change during my girl's first birthday, we had to cancel most the stuff we ordered and organised, but we continued to hire the bouncing castle and it was the best thing we did. My daughter and her friends had the best time, they enjoyed so much the bouncing castle. It was full of excitement, safe and clean. And communicating with the owner Jason, was easy and he was efficient and friendly. I will totally recommend this one and definitely hire again in our future parties!
