We hired a jumping castle from Bouncy Giggles Jumping Castles for my son's birthday and it was a total winner! The team was super professional and friendly, setup was smooth and on time, and the castle itself was clean and in great condition. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Bouncy Giggles! Having worked with many providers before, I can confidently say none compare to the exceptional service we received from their team.

The professionalism was outstanding—from the seamless setup to their attention to detail, everything exceeded our expectations. The area was fenced off, the setup was visible to the kids, safety mats were in place, and the inflatables were of an incredibly high standard. Highly recommend. Jason was great with helping us as we had to get a last minute castle due to a different company cancelling on us.
Josh was great with setup, communication and collection.
All the kids loved it, was such a great addition to the party.

The team from Bouncy Giggles were so wonderful to deal with. Our group of 90 children thoroughly enjoyed the bouncy castle and electric ride on animals. Excellent communication, so cost effective and a smooth bump in and bump out. Would highly recommend.

I have dealt with a few castles places over the years and Bouncy Giggles was so good!!!
The customer service was amazing.
The staff would call and suggest other similar castles if one was unavailable.

Their communication was the best.
Updates on pick ups and drop offs.
The set up was super professional…extra matting and floor mats brought along which I had never had with other companies.
The blower was wayyyy quieter than other places which is awesome to not annoy Neighbour's. And didn’t over power with noise during the birthday party.
And the price was amazing!!!
And the amount of time we had the castle was the best.
110% using Bouncy Giggles again!

Our hire of the Ninja bouncy castle and slide from Jason n Josh brought laffs n fun to our neighbourhood all Easter weekend long.
Great friendly set up and set down service from Josh , a quiet air pump and Wa La lots of adults turned into kids and kids had a place to play n be kids again without technology.

When the restrictions did not change during my girl's first birthday, we had to cancel most the stuff we ordered and organised, but we continued to hire the bouncing castle and it was the best thing we did. My daughter and her friends had the best time, they enjoyed so much the bouncing castle. It was full of excitement, safe and clean. And communicating with the owner Jason, was easy and he was efficient and friendly. I will totally recommend this one and definitely hire again in our future parties!

Amazing jumping castle from Bouncy Giggles. Suited our need perfectly. Excellent communication and chat to get to this point. Service on the day was great and Jason didn’t mind the kids being over excited and asking questions.

Jason and the team were amazing. I wasn’t sure they’d be able to get the jumping castle to our backyard and they said they would roll up higher and narrower to make the access work.
