Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

It’s easier than you think!

  1. Measure your space. Taking big strides (approx 1m each) is a good guide
  2. Book your preferred castles online or call if not sure
  3. We will send you a confirmation email with all details you need
  4. We call you 4 days before your party for all set up times, access, etc
  5. We come set up by anchoring the inflatable safely, ensuring it is clean, go through basic safety rules with you
  6. Have fun!
  7. If you have an extended hire; you simply flick the on/off switch at the wall to inflate/deflate…it only takes 1 minute to inflate, too!!
  8. We ask you inflate the castle for pick up and inspection
  9. We pack everything up and thank you for partying with us!

Just ensure you have adequate space, power, access (generally 1m width or drive up), a tap if hiring a waterslide and a party ready to have fun!!

The whole duration of your party! Most parties go for 3-7 hours. That is included in our base rate and we ALWAYS set up before your party starts and always pick up after your party finishes. 

We will NEVER pick up your inflatables during your party time confirmed at time of booking and reconfirmed approx 5 days prior. 

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. Yes, we have full $20M public liability insurance. Risk assessments, staff training records, blue cards and other relevant documents will be provided upon request.

Department of Education – WHSQ Mobile amusement devices document site inspection can be organised for events, schools and vacation care programs. 

We are very flexible! We accept:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on delivery
  • Credit Cards (inc. AMEX)
  • Afterpay
  • Instalments leading up to your party

Whichever method is best for you – the balance is required before we set up 

Our preferred surfaces for our inflatables are on grass (allowing stakes approx 380mm long) or indoors (such a school halls).

Each inflatable has a weighted anchorage requirement per tether point specific to its design. This can range from 40kgs up to 230kg per anchor point – some inflatables have 14 x anchor points = up to 3,220kgs of weight. As you can imagine, transporting that load can be impractical/costly. 

So we have created a Hard Surface Inflatable Friendly page for those inflatables that require less weight to install and stay safe!

If your heart is still set on other inflatables, please contact us for a custom quote. 

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use.

However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event (upgrade is optional). We do provide a water hose (20m long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Queensland weather can be unpredictable! We get it. 

We keep an eye on forecasts multiple times/day. 

We will notify you 24 hours prior if there is predicted to be inclement weather. 

Don’t Worry! A full refund or raincheck is applied if we have to reschedule. Rainchecks last 18 months. 

So you can rest assured knowing you can book your party without missing out!

To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given – at least 24 hours prior to start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 24 hour notice forfeits entire rental cost at our discretion. Cancellation after arrival and/ or set-up has begun forfeits any refund. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement. You will receive a full refund or raincheck. Customer will only receive a raincheck of the deposit if Customer cancels due to rain or inclement weather conditions before delivery. Inclement weather is the only variable that will necessitate a refund. A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED for any other reason except inclement weather. The deadline for weather cancellations is no later than 24 hours prior to the start time of the rental to receive a refund. If the equipment malfunctions or is inoperable, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to notify Company immediately. If Company is not notified and given a chance to correct the problem, NO REFUND will be issued.

Yes, we hire inflatables at parks.

For private parties:

We have a flat rate of $250 for parks on top of your jumping castle hire. This includes:

  • Delivery based around your party start and finish times
  • Generator hire for the duration
  • Safety set up: gates around blowers, safety rules sign and safety impact mats
  • Copy of our insurance certificate of currency

*You must have a permit from the council to book with us. Or in the process of applying. 

To reserve your bouncy castle in a park, simply select all items you’d like to reserve. Checkout and select the following option when you reach Event Details -> Delivery Type -> Park Set Up

Generally 2-6 weeks. We recommend 4-8 weeks in advance for our busy season (September to February). 

Jumping castles are heavy!

They weigh 100-400kgs. Imagine the effort and toll of setting 8-10 of those up in a day! Labour, vehicle, fuel, scheduling so your party is on time, etc.

Sure, there are areas we service free (closer to our warehouse) and other companies offer free delivery.

To ensure we can maintain our 5 star service, safety and provide the best & most unique bouncy castles we need to look after our team members and vehicles.

Similar to why we charge a delivery fee

Damage Waiver is OPTIONAL AND MAY BE DECLINED. 

IMPORTANT: If you decline the Optional Damage Waiver, or if you fail to pay the Damage Waiver Fee prior to commencement of the Rental Term, you will be responsible for all damage to the Rented Item(s), at the full (new) replacement value thereof.

If and only if, we have offered, and you have elected to purchase the OPTIONAL DAMAGE WAIVER and paid the Damage Waiver Fee referenced therein prior to commencement of the Term, you will have no liability to Bouncy Giggles for 90% of the cost to repair or replace covered Rented Item(s) (“Covered Items”), subject to certain limitations, exceptions, and exclusions. The Damage Waiver does not cover the repair or replacement costs of items that are misused, mishandled, or otherwise abused (for example, being cut bit a knife, chewed by a dog).
DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT INSURANCE, NOR IS IT A WARRANTY.
