Manufacturers of jumping castles issue a Manufacture Manual which states the proper use and anchorage of each inflatable. 

The weight required for each jumping castle (where metal stakes approx 370mm cannot be used) varies dramatically. 

Some inflatables require up to 230kg per tether point. Multiplied by 14 anchor points = 3220kgs required to anchor one jumping castle in some circumstances. While we can accommodate this, the Hard surface fee would be $1000-1500 based on the inflatable.

So we have created this page with more affordable options for carpark/hard surface outdoor setups, which align with Safe Work guidelines. Anchorage fees range between $60 for smaller units, around $100-150 for mid-sized units and $200-450 for large waterslide and our 33/45m Obstacles. 

Hard Surface fee is listed under 'Surfaces' within each item's description and is added at the checkout step. 

If you've requested quotes from other companies, please ask them to supply the Manufacturer's Manual, anchorage requirements that align and their method of anchoring the inflatables. This will help you weed out any operators trying to take short cuts and protect your event from not being shutdown!

If it is possible, we always recommend inflatables indoors hard surface or on grass as there are no anchoring fees applied. 

Some companies have a blanket ban on inflatables...but they still want to have fun! We have a vast range of non-inflatable fun for hire at your next event or celebration!
